Care varies depending on the type of stone and its natural composition. In general, we recommend gentle handling and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged direct sunlight. Clean with a soft, dry cloth and store your piece separately to preserve its finish and energy.

Timelines vary by complexity and medium, though most custom works are completed within four weeks. Following the consultation, we'll determine lead time and keep you updated throughout the process. 

Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days once dispatched. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your piece is on its way. 

Yes. A tracking link will be emailed upon shipment, so you can follow your piece’s journey to you.

We accept one exchange on eligible, non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original condition.
All bespoke and custom works are final sale, though they are guaranteed for craftsmanship and authenticity.
